As part of the National Moth Night scheme, visitors can join an atmospheric after‑dark look at the reserve to see which species are active. The group will check the moth trap to see what has been attracted overnight and take a slow wander around the reserve to spot any moths in flight.

The moth trap will be opened on Sunday morning (19th) at 8am, giving everyone a chance to see the colours, patterns and surprising variety of moths up close.

Meeting Point: Education Centre Directions: From the layby opposite St James Church on Otley Road, walk down the tarmac path towards the river. At the first gate on the right, follow the short dirt path, turn right, and continue until reaching a grassed area. The Education Centre will be straight ahead.
