St. George's Day
Friday 23rd of April is a time to celebrate. From great food, world-class literature, and real ale, there are loads of reasons to celebrate St. George’s Day.
Discover more about the history of St. George’s Hall Bradford, Grade II listed Victorian building and the oldest concert hall still in use in the United Kingdom. Famous names to have performed there include Victorian author Charles Dickens, who read extracts from his novel A Christmas Carol in the auditorium in 1854.
