Ilkley Literature Festival

The Ilkley Literature Festival is an exciting annual event in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, celebrating contemporary literature. Each autumn, it draws over 14,000 book lovers to enjoy readings, workshops, and discussions with more than 100 authors. It's a wonderful opportunity to explore the literary world, discover new writers, and connect with fellow enthusiasts. 

This year's festival will take place from 3rd October to 19th October 2025.
