Meet walks leaders, Simon Rebecchi and Matt Firth, at the Potted Meat Stick in the centre of Baildon for a walk of just over 4 miles. The walk with start at 9:30 and will return by 11:30 in good time for the start of the Carnival Parade. The walk will ascend to the top of Baildon Hill, before descending to cross Bingley Road and head in the direction of Low Springs. We will cross stiles to enter Spring Woods and walk through the valley to Tong Park Lake. We will re-join the Welcome Way which we will follow, uphill, into the village.

Walkers are advised to dress appropriately for the conditions, choose a walk suited to their ability, carry any personal medication or essentials, include basic emergency details in their rucksack, and note that only assistance dogs are permitted.
