About

The Baildon Scarecrow Festival 2025 is set to return on Saturday 27 September, running from 10:00 to 16:00, with a special theme celebrating Bradford’s City of Culture year.

What to Expect:

  • A fun, family-friendly trail through Baildon village, starting at the stocks area opposite Baildon Library (BD17 6JX)

  • Lots of creative scarecrows made by local residents, schools, businesses, and community groups

  • A chance to vote for your favourite scarecrow and support Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice

  • Trail sheets available for £5 per family, with proceeds going to charity

  • Delicious home baking and a warm community atmosphere

This year’s theme, ‘Bradford Culture’, invites participants to get imaginative and celebrate the city’s identity in scarecrow form — from iconic figures to cultural moments.

You can find full details on the Baildon Belles Website.
