Taking a quiet stroll is one of the most peaceful ways to relieve stress and restore calm. Visitors are invited to join the warden for a gentle walk through the reserve, pausing on benches along the way to sit, listen, and unwind amid nature’s sounds.

The walk finishes at the Education Centre, where tea and biscuits will be waiting.

Meeting Point: Education Centre Directions: From the layby opposite St James Church on Otley Road, walk down the tarmac path towards the river. At the first gate on the right, follow the short dirt path, turn right, and continue until reaching a grassed area. The Education Centre will be straight ahead.
