Bradford’s spectacular pantomime is set to make an even bigger splash this festive season as Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist Myra DuBois has been confirmed as returning to the Alhambra Theatre following her acclaimed appearance in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs last year. Myra will star as Magical MerMyra, alongside Yorkshire panto favourite Billy Pearce as Smee in this year’s production of The Pantomime Adventures of Peter Pan which runs from Saturday 5th December 2026 to Sunday 17th January 2027.

Myra DuBois, the self-proclaimed ‘Siren from South Yorkshire,’ returns to the stage in a whole new light, swapping her villainous Wicked Queen for a new role, ensuring good triumphs over evil as the Magical MerMyra. A breakout star of Britain’s Got Talent 2020, Myra has played London’s biggest cabaret stages and toured her one-woman shows around the world and back, including Be Well (UK tour, Hackney Empire, Edinburgh Fringe, Australia tour), Dead Funny (Edinburgh Fringe, UK tour, Sydney Opera House), and A Problem Shared (Edinburgh Fringe and London Residency). Her most recent show Cosmic Empath just concluded a sell-out tour of the UK and Ireland.

The Pantomime Adventures of Peter Pan is produced by the world’s biggest pantomime producer and the team behind the 2025 production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Crossroads Pantomimes. The production will be packed full of the magical ingredients audiences have come to expect from their annual festive show.

Talking about her return to Bradford, Myra DuBois, said:
"I'm beyond thrilled to be returning to the beautiful Alhambra Theatre this Christmas. I had such fun with Bradford audiences last Christmas, and cannot wait to make a splash as the Magical MerMyra in Peter Pan, reuniting with the wonderful Billy Pearce. What an honour to be back, I cannot wait to see what festive silliness we create this year!"

Adam Renton, General Manager, Bradford Theatres comments:
It’s fantastic news that Myra DuBois is returning to Bradford by popular demand, after winning over audiences and critics alike with her standout performance in last year’s pantomime. With rave reviews and fantastic feedback from the public, Myra quickly became a firm favourite, and we’re delighted to have her back – this time bringing her razor-sharp comedy to a whole new character. Performing alongside panto royalty Billy Pearce, Myra is set to make another brilliant contribution to the show. Those who saw her last year will know she had audiences in stitches, bringing laughter to tens of thousands across the festive season – and for anyone who missed her, I can guarantee you’re in for an absolute treat when you book this year’s panto!
