Bradford Live has announced that its much-anticipated World Cup Fan Park will now be completely free to attend, after attracting strong partner support to bring the event to the city.
We are delighted to be working alongside a fantastic group of partners for this event, including Bradford City AFC, Telegraph & Argus, Bradford Culture Company and Leonardo Hotel Bradford. Each brings a strong connection to the city and its community, reflecting the spirit and ambition of the occasion. Their support helps create a truly collaborative platform, celebrating Bradford’s cultural vibrancy while strengthening local partnerships and widening engagement with audiences across the region.
What was already shaping up to be one of Yorkshire’s biggest World Cup experiences has captured the imagination of both fans and partners alike — enabling the venue to remove ticket costs and give something back to the community.
Taking place inside Bradford Live’s main auditorium, the Bradford Live World Cup Fan Park will screen England’s key matches on a giant screen, creating a shared space for thousands of fans to come together over the summer and enjoy the tournament atmosphere.
Despite being a free event, tickets will still be required - with limited availability due to capacity - and are expected to be in high demand. Fans are strongly encouraged to secure their tickets as soon as possible via BRADFORDLIVE.CO.UK.
Anyone who has already purchased tickets will be contacted directly by the venue, receive a full refund, and will be reissued with free tickets for the event.
Additional fixtures will be released if England progresses through the tournament, with further free tickets made available at each stage.
The free ticketed event is part of Bradford Live’s commitment to giving back to the city by creating inclusive, accessible experiences that bring people together.
Fans attending can expect:
- A vibrant matchday atmosphere
- Giant screen viewing in a live entertainment setting
- Pre-match and half-time entertainment from a DJ and live band
- American street food and reduced bar prices
- VIP experiences including ‘The Dugout’ Experience and Boiler Room VIP Upgrade
Darren Moore, Venue Director for Bradford Live, said:
“The response to this event has been incredible, and thanks to the support of our partners, we’re now able to make it completely free for the community.
“This is about giving something back to the city and creating a space where everyone can come together to enjoy the World Cup. Football has a unique way of uniting people, and we’re proud to be able to host that experience here at Bradford Live.
“Tickets are limited, so we’d encourage fans to act quickly and secure their place - it’s set to be a fantastic summer of football.”
