Social media sensations and Edinburgh Comedy Award Nominees bring hysterical standup comedy shows to The Studio, Bradford this October.

Kieran Hodgson will be joining us to begin the month. Bringing his sold-out Edinburgh Fringe show Big in Scotland to The Studio, Bradford on Wednesday 4 October.

In 2020, Kieran’s world changed as he moved to Scotland. Now he’s travelling around the still-just-about United Kingdom to tell you how it’d working out, for him and the Scots. He has recently had success in Edinburgh with a sold-out run at the Fringe and a fourth nomination for Best Show at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards (2025, 2016, 2018, 2023). Age guidance 16+

Get ready for an evening of rip-roaring, back slapping belly laughs with COBO - Comedy Shutdown on Friday 6 October. A night that is not only packed to the brim with jokes but also celebrates the vast array of comedic talent during Black History Month. Brought to you by Luv Entertainment, who pride themselves on championing comedians who appeal to comedy lovers of all backgrounds.

The lineup for this Comedy Shutdown coming to The Studio, Bradford is; Kyrah Gray, known for appearances on Netflix and Comedy Central Live, Loyiso Gola, as seen on Live at the Apollo and Comedy Central, Trixx (Stand Up Comedian & Web Star from Toronto) and Clayton Jones (Last Minute Comedian of the Year, English Comedian of the Year Finalist). Age guidance: 16+

Best-selling author and social media comedy sensation Laura Belbin is coming to Bradford. Bringing her show Knee Deep in Life to The Studio, Bradford on Friday 13 October.

Laura aims to be the antidote to the sugar-coated portrayal of ‘perfect motherhood’. Her show, Knee Deep in Life, is for those who have struggled to accept the way they look, the mums-to-be taking their first step towards parenthood and the women never getting the credit they deserve. Age guidance: 18+

Nabil Abdulrashid is back, previously appearing in An Evening of Comedy at St George’s Hall, as part of Bradford Literature Festival 2023. This October he comes to The Studio Bradford on Saturday 14 October with his new show The Purple Pill, a show about trying to be a good person while staying a badman.

Nabil has made several appearances on popular comedy TV shows including Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News for You, The Big Narstie Show, 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Unapologetic. Age guidance: 16+

Multi-award-winning and trail-blazing comedian, Paul Foot, is back on tour and bringing his show Dissolve to The Studio, Bradford on Friday 27 October. This is his most personal, surprising and ground-breaking show ever.

In the year 2022 AD something momentous changed for Paul, in his show Dissolve, he will reveal how he discovered the secret of life on the outskirts of Lancaster. Along the way he will inevitably be distracted by King Tutankhamun, the House of Lords, Sir Cliff Richard, officious lollipop ladies and what Jesus might have achieved had he been a plumber. Paul has made several TV appearances including Would I Lie To You?, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Age guidance: 16+
