Bradford Theatres are delighted to announce the Summer 2023 season which is packed with musicals, drama and top names in comedy and entertainment.

Adam Renton, General Manager Bradford Theatres says: “With the lighter nights on the way, we’re really looking forward to ushering in our summer 2023 season at the four venues under the Bradford Theatres umbrella.

There’s an array of entertaining and exciting shows taking place this summer but we’re especially proud to be hosting the very best in drama at the Alhambra Theatre. This includes the Royal Shakespeare Company with Julius Caesar and the National Theatre production of An Inspector Calls.

In addition to this inspiring and gripping drama, you can also enjoy a range of new and traditional musicals, family/children’s shows, classical music and stand-up comedy.

Royal Shakespeare Company Julius Caesar - Tuesday 2 – Saturday 6 May, Alhambra Theatre. Captioned: Thu 4 May 7.30pm, Signed: Fri 5 May 7.30pm, Audio Described: Sat 6 May 2pm. The Royal Shakespeare Company returns to Bradford with a fast-paced political thriller, directed by Atri Banerjee. Atri was listed in The Stage 25 as one to watch in 2022 and previously won Best Director at The Stage Debut Awards in 2019. His fresh interpretation of Shakespeare’s timeless story forces us all to consider how far we would go for our political principles.
