Zip slide from the top of the Cow, at the Cow and Calf rocks above Ilkley, in summer 2026 to help support Sue Ryder’s expert, compassionate end-of-life care.
For Zip the Cow 2026, sponsored by LCF Law and Crag & Co. Accountants, participants can choose from zipping in the daylight, at sunset, at twilight or moooo-n light!
The event sees participants walk (or ride) to the top of the iconic ‘Cow’ at the Cow and Calf Rocks above Ilkley and then jump from it, sliding 270m at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour.
Daytime participants will take in spectacular views of Wharfedale....if they dare open their eyes!
For the later slots, we will light the Cow and Calf Rocks to make it a spectacular experience.
