Eddie Earthquake & The Tremors

About

This is going to be very special! We are really excited to bring Eddie Earthquake and the Tremors to the home of the arts in Bingley.

The Summer Bandstand concerts became so popular, we have extended the season with a series of indoor concerts in Bingley Arts Centre.

Eddie Earthquake and the Tremors are a high-energy rock ‘n’ roll band specialising in the classic sounds of the 1950s and 1960s. Their performances blend authentic rock ‘n’ roll rhythms, strong vocal harmonies, and upbeat dancefloor favourites that capture the spirit of the golden age of rock music.

Their repertoire typically features:

Classic 1950s rock ‘n’ roll
Early 1960s pop hits
Up-tempo dance numbers
Nostalgic favourites that encourage audiences to get up and dance

The band’s style is often described as energetic, fun, and highly interactive, making them a popular choice for festivals, clubs, pubs, vintage events, and community concerts across Yorkshire and beyond. They have appeared at events including the Beat-Herder Festival and various local music venues.

We’re very thankful to Bingley Town Council provided funding for a monthly indoor concert from September through until May 2027.
The events will be staffed by volunteers from Bingley Arts Centre & Bingley Music Town.

It is enormously important to us to keep these concerts as fully accessible to all so we will be running them as Pay As You Feel events. Any donations will go towards the day to day running of the Arts Centre.
