About

RIDE! — A Story That Stands Its Ground

When everything shifts, what does it mean to belong? RIDE! is an electrifying new show that follows a family's fight to survive in a world that keeps pushing back — blending music, rap, dance and theatre, and rooted in real-life stories from Gypsy and Traveller communities and the people of BD4.

Starring Big Deli and a cast of Bradford rappers, RIDE! premieres this September at the TFD Centre, Holme Wood, created specially for Bradford 2025.

This is a show about resilience, solidarity and rising up against judgement — a celebration of strength and spirit when the odds are stacked against you.

Created by Spin Arts, Leeds GATE and community members, directed by Southpaw Dance Company, with engagement led by United Art Project.

“A dream is as big as you’re going to make it.” — Big Deli, Travellers Times
