Browse a vibrant market inspired by the spectacular Flower Carpet installation in Bradford's Centenary Square. Celebrating nature, creativity and sustainability, the market brings together a selection of local artists, makers and creatives showcasing flower-inspired and eco-conscious work. Featured stallholders include wool artist Jas Lewis Henman, florist Studio Terra Flora, illustrator Kate Broughton, graphic artist Benjamin James Holden, alongside a range of independent designers and collectives from across the district. 

Visitors can also enjoy free drop-in family activities led by United Art Project, where children and families can create colourful paper flowers to take home, wear or pose with beside the Flower Carpet. 

The market forms part of the UK debut of the internationally renowned Flower Carpet project, a stunning 29-metre-wide floral artwork created from more than 300,000 dahlia flowerheads and inspired by Bradford's rich textile heritage. 

This UK edition of Flower Carpet is part of Nature Season, a programme of nature-themed cultural activity, spanning all five West Yorkshire districts, from large-scale installations and open-air concerts to woodland art trails and community gardening projects.
