Holding Space Open Day

About

You're invited to our Open Day in historic Saltaire!

Holding Space is a wellbeing and community venue based in a converted Victorian warehouse on John Street, Saltaire. It's home to Heather Yoga, Dandelion Cafe & Saltaire Holistic Therapists. As Heather Yoga we host yoga, movement, wellbeing, holistic health and community events, alongside providing a welcoming space for people to connect and improve their wellbeing. We are also home to Dandelion Cafe: a local community hub serving plant based delicious food (all made from scratch) and Saltaire Holistic Therapists, with a range of indivudal therapists covering accupuncture, reiki, etc.

Our Open Day will give local residents the opportunity to explore the venue, meet teachers and practitioners, try taster sessions with our holistic therapists, learn about the classes and events we offer, and discover how the space is used by the wider community. We'll start the day with a free live DJ cafe rave and speciality breakfast bites being available to purchase, taster sessions and followed by free yoga & pilates classes.

The event is designed to be welcoming and accessible to anyone who is curious about yoga, wellbeing activities, or simply wants to learn more about what happens inside Holding Space. Whether people are complete beginners or already involved in wellbeing practices, we'd love to open our doors and connect with the local community.

We open 7am for coffees & breakfast bites. 7.30am for free morning rave and free classes which start from 9am. Mini taster sessions from 10am-4pm (no need to book). Cafe will be open all day serving delicious hot drinks and vegan food.

Booking is free but necessary for morning rave, pilates & yoga classes: https://www.heatheryoga.co.uk/holding-space-open-day/
