For almost a century, Hammer Films has been thrilling audiences around the world and Pictureville at the National Science and Media Museum is delighted to screen a season of the studio's classics in the heart of the City of Film.
Starting with a Northern UK premiere of the 4K restoration of 1958's Dracula on 15 October, this season will spotlight the macabre hits from the pioneering British studio. Spanning iconic favourites and underrated gems, this is an unmissable opportunity for any horror fan.
Go beyond the screen and Behind the Screams at the National Science and Media Museum and explore our Sound and Vision galleries. This exhibition of the past, present and future of media technologies features a spotlight on horror and showcases fangs designed for—and worn by—Christopher Lee for a scene in Dracula.
