A legacy that began in 1945

Founded in 1945 by Iliko Sukhishvili and Nino Ramishvili, “Sukhishvili” has spent more than eight decades helping to shape Georgia’s national identity and has become one of the country’s most celebrated cultural ambassadors. Its dancers have captivated audiences in dozens of countries with their extraordinary technique, charisma and devotion to tradition.
