Join us for Calm Day led by the Healthy Mind Apprentices who will be delivering sensory activities to improve wellbeing and have fun. Activities will be aimed at young people but everyone is welcome to take part.

Enjoy the session and take time to explore Cartwright Hall and the beautiful surroundings of Lister Park.
