The Climbing Hub is a climbing facility for everyone — from complete beginners to experienced climbers pushing their limits. With a vast bouldering area, a free-standing boulder, 17 lines of roped climbing, and a state-of-the-art training area, we’ve built a space where people can have fun, improve, and pursue their own goals.

We’re also proud to stand out from the crowd as England’s only dedicated dry tooling climbing gym — the place to experience climbing with ice tools indoors — and as the home of the Northern Drytooling Club. That makes The Climbing Hub not just a place to climb, but a hub for a unique and growing side of the sport.

Add in our chill-out areas, café, and specialist climbing shop, and you’ve got more than a gym — you’ve got a welcoming community built by climbers, for climbers.
