Details
A fun and informal one day workshop run by Abigail Barker, a professional member of The British Association For Modern Mosaic. This workshop is suitable for all levels of ability and you will be taught the basic techniques needed to create a beautiful mosaic.
We will be mosaicing a 22cm x 22cm plaque with a design of your choice, you can bring your own or feel free to browse the books and design portfolio provided. All materials are provided and you will have a large range of beautiful glass tiles to work with.
Please note that due to the nature of the adhesives used in this workshop you will need to wait 24 hours for it to dry completely before grouting. Instructions and grout to take home will be provided.
Skill Level: Suitable for all levels of ability.
Fully-accessible ground floor cafe with a disabled toilet. High chairs available for little ones and room to park up your pushchair. Baby changing facility available. Dogs and children welcome. Breast feeding in a comfortable environment. Walkers are welcome.
