About

Set inside the National Science and Media Museum, Pictureville is where cinema lives. The museums three fantastic screens show everything from blockbusters to arthouse in Bradford, UNESCO City of Film.

Launched in November 2019, Pictureville is an independent cinema operation delivered by the museum. Cinema fans can also join Pictureville’s membership scheme where they can get discounts off cinema tickets, food and drink, and the museum shop, plus priority bookings on selected films.

The National Science and Media Museum boasts unrivalled facilities—three individual cinema theatres, the only public Cinerama screen outside the USA, the ability to screen digital 4k, 35mm, 70mm, as well as IMAX 3D on the biggest screen in West Yorkshire.
