This one day itinerary takes in some of the highlights, from the windswept moors of Brontë Country to the thoroughly modern National Science and Media Museum!
Morning
Start the day on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, famous as the setting for The Railway Children and many other TV and film productions. Hop off to explore Haworth, with its Brontë connections. Many wonderful productions have been filmed here over the years including the 2022 biopic Emily which delves into the life of Emily Brontë.
Afternoon
Make the short journey to Bradford, just a 25 minutes journey on the train, and visit the magnificent National Science and Media Museum, 5 floors of interactive exhibits featuring all things media. Plus 3 cinemas including the ever popular IMAX, don't forget to check what's on. Round off the day by following the Film Heritage Trail through the City Centre. It'll take you to see locations featured in many films and shows shot in Bradford which make for great places for a commemorative photo or two!
