Opened in October 1999, the name Bar T’at is an irreverent pun on a sacred phrase from Yorkshire’s anthem – ‘On Ilka Moor Baht’at’.
Bar T'at serves a frequently changing selection of ales and premium beers, with Timothy Taylor’s, Ilkley and Kirkstall Brewery all holding a permanent place on the bar with the remaining 3 pumps dedicated to an ever-changing range of guest ales, enabling customers to explore new brands. Our keg choices vary from hazy IPA's to ciders to pilsners and lagers. Something for everyone. This is alongside a range of wine by the glass, spirits and cocktails. If you fancy something soft there are a range of non-alcoholic options, to premium soft drinks plus we also offer fresher brewed coffees and other hot drinks throughout the day. Food is served from 1200 till 2000 Tuesday to Saturday and 1200 till 1700 on a Sunday including Sunday Roast and is freshly prepared on the premises (Bank Holiday times may change - please call to check). Bar T'at is well known for its traditional homecooked food.
The bar has no televisions or game machines, and with just quiet music in the background it is the perfect place for a relaxed conversation. Dogs and muddy boots always welcome.
