A man looking at the camera

About

Join Poet Laureate and Yorkshireman Simon Armitage for an engaging evening of readings from his two new poetry books: Dwell and New Cemetery. Dwell, a recent Sunday Times bestseller, uses elements of riddle and folklore to reimagine the dwellings of living creatures all around us – gorgeously illustrated by Cornish print-maker Beth Munro. Hot-off-the-press in September, New Cemetery is a luminous and wry collection reflecting a changing world of unstable weather patterns and unpredictable news events, all observed across a few acres of Pennine upland.
