Not Your Muse is an International Women’s Day celebration curated by Diverse Sound Collective, centering women and gender-marginalised creatives across music and the wider arts.

The evening features live performances from Gia Ford and Dilettante, alongside a curated visual art exhibition showcasing work created by women, and a dedicated gallery honouring Bradford based women working behind the scenes in the music industry - from promoters and producers, to technicians and organisers.

Taking place at Kirkgate Community Centre, Not Your Muse is about visibility, recognition, and reclaiming space. It’s a celebration of creative autonomy, collaboration, and the vital contributions women make to the cultural landscape, both on stage and beyond it.

Expect an evening of powerful live music, thought-provoking artwork, and a shared commitment to amplifying voices that are too often overlooked.
