Celebrate in style at the Craiglands Hotel New Year’s Eve Gala, starting with a Champagne reception, followed by a four-course Gala Dinner and live DJ entertainment. At midnight, welcome the new year with Auld Lang Syne.

Menu Highlights: Starters include wild mushroom soup, smoked haddock fishcake, chicken terrine, or goat’s cheese tart. Champagne sorbet cleanses the palate before mains like braised beef, duo of chicken, grilled salmon, or mushroom & brie pithivier. Desserts feature Christmas pudding, pavlova, chocolate torte, or a cheese selection.

Dietary Info: Vegetarian (V), Vegan (VE), Gluten Free (GF), Adaptable (*). Guests must inform the Sales Team of any dietary needs in advance.

Accommodation Package: Includes Gala ticket, overnight stay, and New Year’s Day breakfast. £175.00 per person (based on two sharing). £30.00 single supplement; upgrades available.
