Ice Age Animals in Clay 24 July 2025, 11:00–15:00 Make portable Ice Age-inspired art using clay. Families will explore mark-making, natural pigments, and animal forms to create figurines and drawings, just as Ice Age people might have done.

Cyanotypes Workshop 29 July and 6 September 2025, 11:00–15:00 Create modern cave art using sunlight and archival photography techniques.

These activities complement the wider Ice Age Art Now exhibition, which features rare objects on loan from the British Museum alongside local discoveries, exploring themes of identity, creativity, and the origins of art.
