About

Brighter Still is the uplifting closing event for Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture. Starring hundreds of people from across our district, it’s a celebration of who we are, where we live and the ties that bind us together – and everyone’s invited.

Join us in Myrtle Park on the two longest nights of the year for an epic gathering. As dusk descends and the chill of night falls, you’ll feel magic in the air – and the warmth of thousands of Bradfordians, all here to celebrate together.

A huge community cast of all ages will join forces with dancers, poets and choirs to bring down the curtain on our year as UK City of Culture with a joyous, moving and spectacular open-air production. Created by Emily Lim and Dan Canham, Brighter Still will spark stories, fire imaginations and fuel lasting memories – bringing Bradford 2025 to an unmissable, unforgettable conclusion.
