Do you know how butter was traditionally made? How long did it take? How was it stored? Uncover the history of butter making at one of these fun sessions.

Join the dairymaid in the Great Barn to see how butter was made before the time of electricity and kitchen appliances.

Have a go at making your own butter to take home using traditional techniques and join the race to be the fastest butter-maker. What flavour will you choose for your butter?

This hands-on activity can be enjoyed by the whole family.

£2 per participant, no charge for supervising adults. Please buy your tickets in the shop upon arrival.
