Visitors are invited to celebrate National Insect Week with a range of engaging nature activities. Participants can enjoy bug hunts, pond dipping, and checking the moth trap. This is a booking-only event held at the Education Centre.

Located in Baildon, Denso Marston Nature Reserve offers a rich habitat for wildlife and a peaceful setting for environmental education. Managed for both conservation and community engagement, the reserve provides an ideal backdrop for exploring local biodiversity and learning about the importance of insects in the ecosystem.

Workshops at the Education Centre have limited spots. To book or get more information, contact the Warden | 07572 771549. All workshops are free, but donations are appreciated.
