Re-opening at Salts Mill from 10th August 2024
The Peace Museum explores the history and the often untold stories of peace, peacemakers, social reform and peace movements. It is unique in that it is the only accredited museum of its kind in the UK.
We are reopening in our new space in Salts Mill on Saturday 10th August 2024. Visitors can find the Museum on the 3rd Floor of Salts Mill, a venue known for its beautiful historic building and for being located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Saltaire.
Our new space will include our newly developed permanent exhibition which shows objects from the Museum’s unique collection. We will also have a temporary exhibition area, an education space, research facilities and a shop.
