Join professional mosaic artist Abigail Barker for a fun and informal 2.5-hour workshop learning how to create a beautiful mosaic bauble.
Participants will learn the basics of cutting colourful glass mosaic tiles into a variety of shapes and use them to decorate an MDF bauble-shaped base measuring approximately 14cm in diameter.
A selection of stunning glass tiles will be available to create a unique design, and participants will receive grout and instructions to finish their bauble at home, ready to hang among their festive decorations. Suitable for all abilities.
Location and access: The workshop will take place in the upstairs Community Room at South Square Centre, Thornton Road, BD13 3LD. A chairlift provides access to the Community Room, and seating will be available for anyone who prefers to remain seated during the session. South Square Centre is easily accessible by public transport, and free on-street parking is available nearby.
