Enjoy a free drop in Qigong session - the a Chinese mind-body practice that combines meditation, breathing, and gentle movement.

There will also be a Tai Chi taster session and demonstrations by experienced practitioners.

Food and drink will be available at the event for a small cost and there will be an opportunity to find out more about Qigong and Tai Chi from teachers and students.
