Celebrate the final month of Wild Uplands with a vibrant day of creativity, nature, and heritage as part of National Heritage Open Days. This free family-friendly event features:

  • Artist-led workshops and henna art at St Michael & All Angels Church and the Brontë Parsonage Schoolroom

  • Paint-a-pot sessions inspired by Wild Uplands at Cobbles & Clay (ticketed, walk-ups welcome)

  • Tai Chi on the moors

  • Behind-the-scenes sculpture tour with BD25

  • Biodiversity walk and talk

  • Immersive Bogtastic Van experience for kids at Dimples Lane Car Park

 

A minibus shuttle will run throughout the day from the Parsonage car park to the sculpture trail. Please note: Penistone Moor is not accessible for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Portaloos available at Penistone Hill Country Park car park; public toilets in Haworth village.

Enjoy a full day of art, nature, and community in the heart of Brontë Country.

It is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Haworth to the Dimples Lane entrance.
