Visitors can step into a magical Christmas adventure at Tong Garden Centre, where Santa's elves need help solving the mystery of the missing pieces of Santa's enchanted pocket watch. Along the way, families will journey through festive scenes, meet cheerful elves, and enjoy an interactive story filled with Christmas magic, wonder and festive fun.

The experience concludes with a special visit to Santa, with every child receiving a quality gift.

Important Information

• Duration: approximately 20–30 minutes
• Group experience with up to 3 children per group
• Maximum of 2 accompanying adults per child
• The grotto is an outdoor experience located around the lake behind the Grass Hoppers Indoor & Outdoor Play Area
• Visitors are advised to wear weather-appropriate clothing, including waterproofs and suitable footwear
• Bringing an umbrella is recommended in case of rain
• Woodland paths around the lake may be wet or muddy
• Entry to Grass Hoppers is not included with the grotto ticket
