The luncheon begins with a choice of starters including vegetable soup with warm bread, tempura king prawns, chicken liver pâté with chutney, or sliced melon with a tropical compote. For the main course, enjoy roast beef, roast turkey, or roast gammon, all served with traditional trimmings and rich pan gravy. Additional options include oven‑baked salmon with lemon butter or a goat’s cheese tart with sun‑dried tomato sauce.
