Returning to the Playhouse for their sixth consecutive year are Laurel Canyon Union, formed by Grammy Nominated ex Acoustic Alchemy drummer, John Shepard, along with Rob Watkins - Lead Vocals / Acoustic Guitar, Ian Sweet - Electric and Acoustic Guitars / Vocals, and Des O'Hara, Bass Guitar. These highly experienced musicians play songs from the American West Coast Counterculture of the 60s and 70s.

 

From the gentle reflection of James Taylor to the rebel fury of Neil Young, with favourites from Jackson Browne, Eagles, The Byrds, Crosby Stills & Nash and many more, rewind with the Woodstock generation, and enjoy a performance of light and shade, and Peace, Love and Understanding.

 

The show will open with an acoustic set, followed by an electric second set.
