Step back in time and dance your way through the 17th century! Join us for an engaging and hands-on workshop exploring the dances, music, and fascinating history of this turbulent period.

Discover how people danced in the 17th century and then try it for yourself!
This is an active, participatory workshop, so please wear comfortable clothing and suitable shoes that allow you to move freely.
For your comfort and safety:
• Please take any personal health conditions into consideration.
• Regular breaks will be provided throughout the workshop.
• Please bring water to stay hydrated.
