Join professional mosaic maker ​Abigail Barker​​​, for a fun and informal day, learning to create a beautiful mosaic on slate that is suitable to go outdoors. All materials and tools are provided.

Skill level: Suitable for beginners as well as experienced mosaic makers. Due to the nature of the adhesives used in this workshop you will need to wait 24 hours for it to dry completely before grouting. Instructions and grout to take home will be provided.

This workshop will take place in the Heritage Craft Room at Bradford Industrial Museum. The class space has level access. Toilets are either in the main building or in a toilet block between the class space and main building. There is a kitchen next to the class room for getting water and hot drinks, but please bring your own lunch.
