About

This year, a very special place in the hearts of those from Keighley and beyond turns 75 - Cliffe Castle Park.

This milestone gives us the perfect opportunity to do what we do best at the park – come together as a community, smile, and have fun!

Everyone from Haworth to Eastburn, Lawkholme to Bracken Bank, and Oakworth to Ilkley is invited to join us in and around The Beacon for the party of the summer.

We all have roots in our local neighbourhoods, but when we come together, we shine and grow. It’s not every year we get to celebrate the diamond anniversary of a cultural venue, so let’s shine bright like the diamonds we are.

The day promises to be a festival of who we are, with live music, a Bollywood dance workshop, games, rubber ducks and more.

We’re even welcoming giant costumed creations from other district greenspaces to join the festivities. These characters – brought to life as part of STATUESQUE – will add glamour and panache to the site.

The event is free and has something for everyone. Please try to travel by public transport where possible but for those who must drive to the site, we hope to have some extra provision to announce nearer the time.
