A Thousand Feasts Preserving the Harvest

About

Celebrate the season’s harvest with a drop-in preserving workshop hosted by Plenty at the Square, part of the Big Tasty Read, and inspired by Nigel Slater’s love of food and ‘small moments of joy’.

Learn traditional techniques to make pickles, dried fruit leather, and ferments—ensuring nothing goes to waste and finding ways to enjoy autumn’s produce well into winter.

Bring along any surplus homegrown ingredients and empty jars, or simply come as you are. Find us at one of the pop-up stalls on the Fresh Food Floor at Darley Street, Bradford.
