Blue Pig Boogie Band

Serving up sizzling ‘West Coast’ and ‘Chicago’ style blues with fat tones and infectious grooves. Named after the iconic Blue Pig of Hardcastle Craggs, the band features:

  • Dave Cooper (guitar)

  • Tim Gilroy (drums)

  • Dave Hyde (vocals & harmonica)

Steel Knees Bertie

Ben “Blue” Waters

Master of the acoustic slide guitar, serving raw blues that stomp from the 1920s to today. Covers include Howlin’ Wolf, Son House, John Lee Hooker, Captain Beefheart, and more—plus electrifying originals. Ben has lit up stages across the North of England since the late '70s.
