The National Science and Media Museum’s Pictureville Cinema will continue its exciting off-site cinema programme at venues across Bradford, as the main cinema remains temporarily closed.

From 11 April Pictureville is taking up residency at Theatre in the Mill for five weeks to bring a programme of cult, classic, and international cinema, curated in collaboration with University of Bradford students and the team at Theatre in the Mill.

The programme includes Thursday evening double bills, with themes including Bollywood v Nollywood; Japanese Horror and Yorkshire in Love; along with Anime Afternoons every Saturday and Light Lunch Cinema; screenings of gentle film favourites on Thursdays and Fridays at 12.00.

The first week of screenings at Theatre in the Mill will be free of charge, with the following four weeks of films priced at the discounted rate of £5 for adults and £3 for concessions and Pictureville members.

Pictureville Presents will return to The Studio next to the Alhambra Theatre in late-May with more details to be shared soon.
