Pictureville

About

The epic film franchise, which garnered 17 Academy Awards, comes to Pictureville this September for an extended all-nighter.

"One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them; One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them."

The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, directed by Peter Jackson and based on J.R.R. Tolkien's epic fantasy novel pushed the boundaries of visual effects and filmmaking technology. The films showcased ground-breaking CGI, motion-capture performances and massive-scale battles, setting new standards for epic filmmaking.

We are thrilled to be bringing the extended trilogy to Pictureville and are also excited to announce that this presentation will be screening on our curved Cinerama screen for the first time ever.

Please note: Due to the length of the films, there will be approximately 20-minute comfort breaks however we will not be able to sell alcohol at the bar after 2am.
