Katy Beskow is a Yorkshire chef who makes vegan food speedy, fun, and accessible. Join us on Saturday afternoon for a pre-dinner treat, as we discuss her iconic vegan cookbooks and how eating a plant-based diet can be great for your health and the environment.

Hosted by festival partners Cobbles and Clay, you’ll be able to order delicious drinks and cake during the event. Katy will also lead a small cooking tutorial, and there may be tasty vegan samples to try!
