Make a Silver Monogram Pendant Necklace

About

Create your own silver monogram pendant necklace with the help and support of contemporary jeweller Margaret Naylor.

About this event

This workshop guides you through several steps to making your own silver monogram pendant. You’ll begin by learning how to shape silver wire and solder it into a circle which forms the outline of your pendant. Next, you’ll learn how to create the letter you’ve chosen in silver wire. You’ll then join the two parts of your pendant together and prepare it for polishing. Add a chain (included in the cost of the course) and you'll be able to leave the workshop wearing your beautiful hand-crafted pendant.

The workshop has been designed to be suitable for beginners as well as for those who have previous experience of jewellery making. Health and safety briefing notes will be supplied ahead of the workshop to all participants.

The course cost includes the materials required to make one pendant - you can choose to make a second pendant for an additional cost. Please contact us in advance of the course to advise if you would like to make an additional pendant.
