Haworth’s Day of Witches and Wizards

About

FREE admission

It may be midwinter but happiness can be found even in the darkest of times. Dress up to be a little scary and brilliant and enjoy a spellbinding day packed with magic and fun. Follow the map and collect all the stamps to uncover surprising and unexpected happenings amongst Haworth’s atmospheric streets.

Be entertained by mystical outdoor theatre and learn to fly a witch’s broom or create powerful potions with the help of our crafty masters.

Events and activities will be happening throughout the village, including Haworth Main Street, Central Park and Haworth Station.

Up to two children (aged 5-15) dressed as Harry Potter characters will enjoy free heritage train rides on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway when accompanied by an adult with a Day Rover ticket. Services can be busy, book your tickets more than three days in advance online and you'll also receive a 15% discount.

Free parking is available at Oxenhope and Ingrow stations for passengers using the Keighley Worth Valley Railway train service. Travel in a Hogwarts express style compartment (subject to availability).

This project is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the 2014- 2020 England Operational Programme.
