Brasserie 1

Brasserie 1 is a stylish eatery situated at the heart of the Craiglands Hotel, offering contemporary British and Traditional Old Classic dishes. We believe in working with good honest local suppliers and producing excellent food at a fair price. You won't find any bad stuff in our dishes just good home cooked meals with style.

We open from 8am for morning coffee, through lunch and traditional 'Yorkshire' Afternoon tea and up to 10pm for evening dining. We offer two lovingly prepared menus, our 'Taste the Difference' menu of ever changing seasonal options and 'Brasserie 1' menu for a more Al a Carte selection.
