Haworth & Yorkshire Creatives Makers’ Market launch a brand new creative platform for local talent; artists, designers, makers, crafters – a perfect opportunity for stall holders to host their expert led arts & craft sessions – at the pop up workshops expect an interactive experience in a creative atmosphere surrounded by like-minded individuals suitable for all levels. Looking to handcraft a memorable gift in Haworth? Interested in learning new skills and having a bit of fun along the way? Then these mini educational courses are for you – all welcome.

CHERRY TREE GLASS STUDIO will be selling her hand-crafted items, and offering 30 minute workshops to the public who are keen to learn how to make their own hot air balloons, which you will be able to decorate yourself using a variety of glass items. All equipment will be provided and the piece will be taken away, fused & posted directly after one week. To book on Hot Air Balloon Fused Glass 30 minutes workshop – contact ctglassstudio@gmail.com and/or drop in on the day to book in person.  The cost is £25 per person and the workshop is for over 18s only.

BLOSSOMDALE STUDIO will be selling her macrame items, and offering 60 mins workshops to the public who are keen to learn how to make their own macrame products from keychains, wall-hangings to candle holders and half mandala – all equipment is provided and a goody bag with a printed manual is gifted after the session, to help you complete the project and/or create new work at home. Book on how to make macrame 60 minutes workshop – please contact contact.blossomdale@gmail.com and/or drop in on the day to book in person. The fee is £20 per person and the workshop is for over 18s only. 

Alongside the workshops located at the venue’s stage area, the main ground floor will be showcasing their regular monthly Makers’ Markets of creative stalls selling their landscape and abstract art works, metal and wood designs, crochet & stitch crafts, plus friend of the earth new stall Amica Terre will be selling plastic-free gifts. And Kaz Craftz selling all kinds of crochet. Both newcomers will be joined by regular stalls; The Rusted Kingdom, Withens Art by Pippa Marshall, Stitch In Time by Karen, HD Abstract Art, Eco Beez, hosted by Bronte Bitch.
