Bolling Hall | Cherry Blossom Trees

About

Come and join us at Bolling Hall for an exciting Cherry Blossom Festival on April 28th!

The friendly Bolling Hall Gardeners will be there to assist you in planting your own summer bulb in a beautifully decorated pot that you can take home with you.

Don't miss the chance to create a lovely tissue blossom and participate in a flower-themed children's storytime at the library. Bookstart Bear will even make a special appearance! Make sure to borrow a book from the library while you're there.

You'll also have the opportunity to meet Frances Tempest (Mrs Tempest is played by visiteer, Sheila Lansdell), the Lady of the House, who will give you a tour of the museum.

Keep an eye out for the spring creatures and blossom fairies in the garden and house, as the talented Bradford School of Art Media Makeup students showcase their incredible skills.

And to top it all off, don't forget to visit Lily & Lister, the coffee shop located in the museum's Cold Kitchen. They offer delicious ethically sourced coffee, cake, and sausage rolls from Ilkley.

This event is perfect for the whole family, but remember that children must be accompanied by an adult. We can't wait to see you there!
